shopping trip at Stop & Shop --Feb. 27,2012

Wella, today I went to Stop & Shop supermarket, I haven't been couponing so much lately however, I did see some good deals this week at Stop and Shop so OF COURSE I could not resist picking up the Kellogg's cereal on sale last week. This would be great for anyone who wants to stock up or needs to buy in bulk for a large group :) I picked up 12 boxes of cereal and yes on my second trip I dragged my kids to come in to the store after their piano lesson today and hahaha my daughter hid in the corner (for reals) waiting for us to check out she was quite embarrassed.  But, alas I was not so I continued with my purchase for I am purchasing extra for a good cause and that is my local food pantry that I love to give back to. While I was checking out the cashier did ask me if we were going to eat all of this cereal and I UNDERSTAND HER HESITATION.. I don't want to clear the shelves and there were still plenty of Kellogg's boxes left and I will make a  contribution and feel gooooooood! Couponing for a cause!  In case your interested there was a four dollars off of 4 boxes and when you purchase any four Kellogg's cereals you get six dollars off at the register.
