Making Cinnamon Strudel Muffins today. Having the right kitchen tools makes things so much easier. Pampered Chef Stainless steel scoop is the perfect tool for when your making cookies and muffins. No spills on the muffin pan to wipe up! I love this scoop! Muffin tin is professional quality non stick heavy duty aluminized steel for strength and superior heat conduction. Edges extend beyond cups for a good grip. 12 1/3 cup wells. Care for non- stick pans I like to hand wash in soapy water and dry. However, the muffin pan is diswasher safe. Do not use metal knives or forks etc, or it will scratch off the non stick finish. Our new mini nylon serving spatula works great and won't scratch bakeware. If there is a small scratch in your non stick surface from using a metal knife make sure to dry product thoroughly so it doesn't get rusty! I found great large baking cups totally chlorine free (tcf) in Shoprite they are my favorite baking liners to remove cupcakes and muffins out of the paper liner. The muffins are a boxed shelf variety for a quick after school snack.
