Coconut Water Smoothie with Strawberry, Mango,& Banana
1/2 Cup of Coconut Water
1/2 cup of Strawberries
1/2 cup of Mango
1 Banana (frozen, if you don't have then add ice cubes to your shake)
1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon of Agave or Honey
For the week take a few peeled bananas, Mangos and strawberries and put each fruit separately in zip lock bags into the freezer. When you make smoothies you will be prepared and have the individual packets put together for whatever flavor smoothie you want to make. Especially if you have fruit that is getting ripe and you might not get to eat it simply freeze your fruit in small zip lock bags and you will be set! I usually purchase Wegman's frozen blueberries since they are more cost effective and taste great and are plump! You definitely need some ice to make your smoothie cold and thick in consistency if your fruit is not frozen.
Place all of your ingredients in the Nutribullet or blender and you have a delicious shake!
