I love, love this time of year September and October, which are back to school and "Fall" back into the groove in many households. You can find great deals on cereals and other breakfast items in the super markets right now and pair them with coupons that you find in the newspapers/online and you will do really well in stocking up on breakfast items and granola bars for your family.
Getting the kids up early and out the door with a healthy breakfast before school can be a challenge and is important so their tummies aren't growling during class.
